The Children’s House setting at North Ealing School provides a safe place for children aged between 4 and 11 years old before and after each school day.
- We offer a relaxing and stimulating environment with a good choice of indoor and outdoor facilities including Arts/Crafts, Sports, Games, Drama & Cooking.
- There is also a room set aside for those wishing to read, rest or for quiet activities.
- We provide a good selection of hot and cold, nutritional and healthy breakfast and afternoon tea.
- The ratio of carers to children is exceptionally good and all staff are trained and experienced to a high level.
- We want you to be confident in all those caring for your child knowing that we maintain high standard of childcare.
- The club is available on a full time, part time or ad-hoc basis.

Terms & Conditions
By allowing my child to attend the Club I understand the following:
- The Children`s House Breakfast/After School Club is an independent care facility run in the School House, exclusively for the pupils of North Ealing Primary School.
- Opening hours are Breakfast Club: 7.45 am-9.00 am. After School Club : 3.15pm-5.45pm. Monday to Friday during term time only. Your child MUST be collected no later than 5.45 pm. Lateness will be charged at £5.00 per every 15 minutes & must be paid directly to the staff member in charge of your child.
- Staff will not allow your child to leave the club with any person other than their parents/guardians unless stated otherwise on their registration form or staff notified in writing. Staff will not allow any child to go home alone.
- The club fees are as follows: Breakfast Club: £10.00 per morning. After School Club: £16.00 per afternoon.
- A deposit of £30.00 is required on registration to secure your child`s place. This will be refunded to you in your final invoice.
- Fees are invoiced half-termly in advance and are payable within ONE WEEK of receipt of your invoice. Late payment will be surcharged at £2.00 per day & an unsettled invoice will result in the loss of your child`s place. No refund can be given in case of absence unless staff have been notified 24 hours in advance.
- Children who attend on a part-time basis & need the occasional extra session may be booked in with 24 hours notice (numbers permitting) Payment for additional sessions MUST be made on the day.
- Ad hoc places may be booked 24 hours in advance (numbers permitting) and MUST be paid on the day.

- Half a terms notice MUST be given if your child is to be withdrawn from the Club. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being retained.
