Training

Mrs Bruley and Ms Lashley are currently attending facilitator training on challenging disproportionality and developing cultural competence.

They are in the process of cascading this training to all staff. This includes sessions on:

Unconscious bias

Racial identity

Legacies of empire

Culturally competent

​The next step is to invite parents to engage is aspects of the programme (Autumn 2023). There will also be a Curriculum section, Parent section, Events sections, and Recommended reading.
