NEPS School Security

School Security

At North Ealing Primary School we take security very seriously. The site is equipped with security doors which can only be used with a valid security pass. Staff members have photo ID on their passes. Visitors and temporary staff are supplied with a red pass from the school office, but will only be granted access where needed.

All visitors must report to the School Office to sign in, they will be issued with a red visitor pass or visitor badge. This will clearly indicate to others on site that they have registered with the school office. All visitors will be asked for their relevant identification and where appropriate a copy of their DBS will be required. When leaving, all visitors are required to sign out and return their pass to the office.

  • Anyone on site without a pass / badge will be approached by a member of staff and directed to the school office.
  • CCTV cameras are installed throughout the school site and cover all access points.
  • The school building is alarmed and monitored with an out of hours security service.

Personal Belongings

Children are asked not to bring any valuable items into school, unless their class teacher has given xanax no prescription permission before hand. The school cannot accept responsibility for such items. Only children who walk to school alone have permission to bring mobile phones with them. On arrival to school their mobile phone should be handed to the school office for safe keeping. Mobile phones should not be used on site unless authorised by the head teacher.

School Collection (at the end of the day)

Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5 children will stay with their class teacher until the authorised parent / family member / carer is visible. If no authorised adult is available the child will be taken to the school office where the relevant person is contacted.

Year 6 children are instructed to return to the office if no expected adult is available at the end of the day.

During the School Day

Between 9.10am and 3.05pm any visitor / staff member should enter via Pitshanger Lane gate only. There is no access to the main school grounds or school office from any other entrance. Children Centre users and Nursery pupils are the only exception who must enter via Summerfield Road.

If you have any queries or concerns please contact the school office.
