Who is Chef Tom Egerton?
Chef Tom Egerton has worked with famous chefs such as Gary Rhodes and cooked for celebrities like Sting and the Royal Family. Most recently, he was the Executive Chef at the 5-star Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai.
Parent to Molly (Year 3) and Joanna (Year 1) together known as MoJo, Chef Tom Egerton has recently moved to Ealing and has kindly offered his services to the North Ealing Primary School PTA for this exciting new project.
What are we cooking?
The recipe he has chosen is a Creamy Chicken, Leek & Mushroom pie. However, if you prefer, you can substitute the chicken with Quorn chicken style pieces, or a can of drained cannellini beans.
….and his culinary philosophy?
“Cooking should be fun and is the perfect way to involve the kids in a practical, inclusive family activity. There’s no such thing as “too many cooks in the kitchen!”
